It was very refreshing to get a reasonable price from a roofer not a " salesmen" , I needed a lot of plywood replaced , hecwas very thorough from replacement of boards, yo adding ice shield, tge synthetic paper to starter straps and final roof. He did not miss any steps. I asked for pictures along thecway and he obliged. I was very happy with the finished product and feel that my new roof will last years to come. Jim, the owner made it clear where the problem was, he was really friendly and straightforward, replaced the wood and the shingles, ultimately getting rid of any leak.
