Comments: Mr J Cruz Castillo fixed shingles on my house that flew off. I called him and he immediately launched into a diatribe and wrote me text messages cursing me out. He is a fraud! Beware!

Comments: We had evidence of some water damage on the ceiling of one of our rooms. We had Lamar Home Solutions check out the issue and they spent an hour at our house. One of the workers inspected the roof. Their assessment was that we needed 15-20 broken tiles replaced and some penetrations and flashing needed to be sealed. They were going to charge us $2,460. I got up on the roof after they left and discovered that there were No tiles that were broken. One tile had slid down and needed to be put back in place (which he didn’t do). We had Wilson Roofing come out for an assessment and they determined that the problem was air conditioning related and nothing needed to be done on the roof. I sealed the flashing under one of the windows (sealant cost was $10) and emptied the pan in the air conditioner. I saved $2,450 by not using Lamar Home Solutions!!Austin TX
