Work Description: This contractor did not build the fence but he did build the garage door. I expected better out of him picking out materials at the store but things did not run smoothly. I'm an out of state owner which is not out of the ordinary. We had a disagreement with his workmanship of the fence so he fixed the situation by painting it.
Comments: My opinion is that this contractor is a hot head. I like to communicate because I'm not in town. At one point he told me he was quite busy. It's rained a little so that held up work and he didn't finish the job when he said he would. I'm not holding that against him. if it took a month it just did just once he did a good job. I only saw photos of the job. when I get to the property i will inspect it then.Akron OH
