Work Description: Kreedman Construction performed an entire remodel of my home.
Comments: Working with Mark made the frustrating construction process very tolerable and fun. From the start, Mark explained the process, timing, budgets and various options.Mark is a "hands on" contractor that ensures that all of his work be done on time, within budget and with superior quality. He is very knowledgeable from city codes to specifications, permits and design. His customer service revolves around the customer's needs, reality of costs and timing of projects. He has the foresight to design high quality remodels; his recommendations for technological renovations such as tank-less water heaters, HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing upgrades and other various advancements has increased the value of my home.
His workmanship is excellent, his ability to plan and foresee the customer's needs are commendable. He is creative and his input for decorating, style, designs and colors makes him a very unique contractor - you don't even need an interior designer with Mark around.
