She followed up with each step of the process to be sure we were happy with the workmanship, and went the extra mile. Promptness is important, and Karen made sure that the work was done promptly. Work Description: Install or Completely Replace Wood Flooring
Comments: We hired Karen to work on our hardwood floor project. Karen did a great job, taking the measures, helping us to choose the right type of hardwood, giving us an estimate and geting the project started. She is very punctual and never mises the appointment. Keith and Jason, the installers, did a great job installing the hardwood floor in two rooms and on the stairs. The whole project took only four days, including the carpet removal and the cleanup. Everyone loves our new floor.
