Work Description: sod laying and drain installation
Comments: As a returning customer, I went back to Justin to ask for help with extending a drain for me that they previously installed. Justin looked at the pictures of my issue and said he'd have an estimate to me the next day. Four days went by and I checked back on a Friday, and he said he would have me the estimate by Monday. Monday came and went and on Wednesday I asked where was the estimate, only to be ignored by both a text and a voice mail. These guys are clowns and DO NOT know how to communicate nor keep their word in providing an estimate. Horrible customer service for returning or new customers. The sad thing is, I gave Justin an out telling him if he was too busy with bigger projects to let me know. Still, he continued to ignore my messages and never follow up with his promised estimate. These guys are only focused on their commercial customers and have no interest in keeping relationships with prior customers. Do yourself a favor and avoid these guys at all costs. Unless your project is worthwhile to their wallet, they don't give a crap about you.
