Comments: Scheduled an appointment with Laura 8 days in advance. On day of appointment, no one showed. Finally was able to reach Laura by phone after a few tries with no answer. She apologized and said someone should have been there. She offered to come between noon and 1. Never showed up. Tried numerous times to call but never answered and could not leave a message as voice mail had not been set up. No customer service. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED
