Work Description: I've never had such a bad experience with a contractor like this before. NEVER AGAIN! He removed my current kitchen flooring that I'd hoped only needed repair, but had water damage and needed replacing the entire floor to prevent mold from spreading. He removed the flooring (wall boards etc. and vents) on Oct. 30, 2014 and still hasn't been replaced as of today 11/24/14 after I paid him over half the cost of the entire job that he requested (I thought was high) for the new floor installed with some repairs he offered to do as part of the job (install a custom made rubber lining inside the sink cabinet) as well as the removal of the floor. I ordered a floor thru him from some Home Depot Samples he showed me that was to be a discounted price. He said he'd install it the following wknd, and never did. He's had so many excuses (claimed the flooring wasn't in stock when he went to pick it up (computer inventory error he said)and either never shows up nor returns calls in a timely manner. He wasn't able to show me the floor I chose. He brought other samples instead for me to choose instead of the floor I wanted. Such a hassel and guessing game if he'd ever come or call back. I had him sign a paper saying he'd finish the floor this past wknd. and he promised it would be done earlier within 48 hrs. (and if for any reason I wasn't satisfied, he'd replace it). He never showed up again, nor called that day to explain why he never came. I left a voice mail that since he's had so many chances and extensions to come, (he claimed he was on a big job prior to my order which has been a nightmare for him (that he can't leave to start my job yet even though he promised me he start my job over and over), had his cell phone stolen and credit cards stolen and waited for him to start my floor over and over again and after so many times and excuses that I wanted my money back and to call me. Now I have to hire someone else, and I never got my money back and am still without a floor for the holidays. He called and left a msg. apologizing again but didn't mention ever paying me back. If he really felt bad for all the delays and fowl ups, he would pay me back. So unprofessional. Horrible experience! This company name isn't what he went by on the proposal either. I got robbed.
