Work Description: Take up carpet and pad and lay new wood laminate flooring in my family room and den with new baseboards.

Comments: It all started with an email that said they crashed their truck and wanted to start a day later. Then when they came to pick up the deposit they said it would be $100 more because they forgot the tax. Then the first day all they did was take up the carpet and pad. The next day they still had to go pick up the wood and could only get 1/2 because they still didn't have a truck. Then the next day they had to go get the baseboards and the rest of the wood and only one person showed up around 9am. The other guy showed up around 11 am.. The job was finally finished Halloween night around 9 pm.
