Work Description: Hired Kevin to paint the interior and exterior of my new home.
Comments: I extremely caution you against hiring Kevin to do any painting at your property or business. All of his work will need to be redone as he has no integrity and takes shortcuts to get the work done to get paid. His poor communication skills caused our project to be delayed and created chaos as other individuals' work had dependency on his work yet, he failed to communicate or complete his work when expected. The following is a few examples of what went wrong:Project timeline was missed as a result of Kevin's poor communication as he often ignored our requests to pin down dates to proceed in order to meet the originally outlined project timelines.
Poor communication and delayed responses caused the project to delay affecting other parties involved and their timelines / schedules, which caused major frustration.
The interior walls were spray-painted when they were supposed to be roll-painted.
The walls were poorly patched throughout the property.
Noticeable dripping residues on multiple large walls as a result of spray-paint as opposed to roll-paint
The consistency of the paint varies from wall to wall leaving noticeable spraying lines with different depth colors.
The residue of previous carpet strands along the stairway were not removed prior to painting
baseboards were painted after installation, when it was supposed to be painted prior to installation.
Paint residue and tile scratches throughout the new installed flooring.
The paint job looks as if it was done by an inexperienced painter as the lines between the walls and the ceilings are so poorly done.
The work was clearly unsupervised as the surfaces were poorly prepped prior to applying paint.
some areas were patched by smudging sparkle on top. again, not professionally done.
the original paint is peeling and/or flaking off was not scraped off.
Kevin's staff left empty paint cans throughout the property on the newly installed floors and quartz tops.
The blinds throughout the house were removed but not reinstalled as they should have by Kevin's staff.
The cabinets were poorly painted as the paint is already wearing off and some cabinet edges are not painted at all.
Large surrounding exterior walls were painted without power washing resulting in having all kind of leaves, thrones, plant residue painted on them.
Areas on the exterior walls requiring patching were not patched despite of me pointing them out to Kevin on multiple occasions
The stucco holes were not fixed despite of my continuous inquiries.

Comments: At first happy with the work received on the exterior painting of our home. After heavy rain we noticed a leak in our living room ceiling. When getting our roof repaired, the roofers discovered the painters cracked several roof tiles when painting our 2nd story landing causing the leak. When I contacted Mr. Nolte regarding the issue he refused to return my calls and emails. Very unprofessional and does not stand behind his work.Avondale AZ

Work Description: Kevins came quickly to paint our living room, dining room, and two hallways.
Comments: Kevin or his worker spilled paint on my carpet and did not tell my husband who was home about it, nor did he inform me by telephone. When I returned home I found the damage. He only offered 50 dollars for damage and that was not enough for the cleaning man. It still has some damage as well. Also, there were lots of little uncovered spots that were not painted on the walls. Manufacturer states on the paint can "re-coat after 4-6 hours," but our "second coat" was applied after 45 minutes. Our eggshell sheen looks great in one area in the middle of the wall but around it looks flat - a very obvious difference. Edging along door frames frequently sloppy.Peoria AZ

Comments: Kevin and his boys were great. They were professional all around. I really liked that Kevin was there watching/helping out through out the process of the job.His price was a little higher than other quotes I got but I liked his overall qualities he presented to me when I met him. He explained so much to me when he looked at house. He used a better product than the others offered and gave me a great garentee and my house lookes beutiful!

Comments: I was a little disapointed in Kevins work. I hired him from me being out of state site unseen but I liked his proffesionalism. When I got to Az. I examined his work and noticed he missed 6 nail holes and his excuse was there were 1000s of nail holes in the walls and it was dark in house because of no power in house. I will say though he fixed the holes right away and even went above and beyond what I expected of him to do with doing a few extras for me and my wife and thats very appreciative!

Comments: Kevin and his crew did an awesome job down to every little detail. I even looked for paint on my plants and couldn't find any to try and find something to nit pick at! a retired painter friend told me the best paint to use on my house and he used that paint (I peaked) other company's couldn't offer that paint at Kevin's price. I recommended him to my neighbor to paint there inside and they were nothing but pleased.-
