Whatever questions I had they approached with as much detail as I needed to help me make the decisions needed for the best work to be done. Once I got the contract and 1st payment to them they called with appointment at great speed. They came on time and the plumbers were cordial and respectful. Work Description: Hot Water Heater
Comments: I cannot give enough praise to this company. I had a heating and hot water issue on my tankless water heaters because WE Energy (Wisconsin energy) installed the wrong size gas meter! The lady, I think her name is Tracy, set up an appointment on the same day, and this was right before Xmas. What luck! Tim handled the situation from thereon by assessing the issues and had the manufacturer come out a few days later to pin point the problem. He then came back to inspect everything after the WE Energy rep installed the proper meter to make sure everything was up to par. And all of this was done as I was on vacation elsewhere. It's refreshing to know there's a service you can trust in your own home when you are away. The price was fair and the service was excellent. I will definitely use them again.Kenosha WI

Comments: We had an emergency with no water in the house due to a blow out in the water line. They showed up quickly , very professional, allowed our household to have the water turned back on. Even gave us the information for a great water removal company. On top off all that they even reminded us to call our home owners insurance. Comments: Very pleased with my experience with this company: I woke up at 6am, turned on the shower, no hot water. Hot water heater was spewing out the bottom, toast. I was leaving town at 6 pm and needed the job done and done quick. I waited til 8 and started calling around. Kenosha plumbing was the only place that would quote me over the phone, $865 out the door for a 40 gal 6-year natural gas by Rheem. Every other place said they would have to send someone out to take a look, no one would even give me an estimate so I went with keno plumbing. They had a guy out by 10am, job done by 1145 am, no hassle, no mess, charge the card and done. Also, the installer was a nice guy, didn't make me feel like I had to hide the valuables and talk up the security system. If and when I need more work, this place will be my first call.Kenosha WI

Work Description: Sump installed
Comments: My elderly neighbor needed a sump for her manufactured home. Kenosha Plumbing was recommended by a trusted friend. They came today and started working at 10 am. 8 hours later and the man who came was still hard at work. I know it was hot, dirty work but he plugged on until the job was complete. I should note that he did this by himself and was not some 25 year old. This is a company that needs all the recognition it can get as they work harder than anyone I've see up to this point. 5 stars just isn't enough for this company. If there were 10 stars, I'd give them 12. Great job, and thank you for being what people expect.-
