Work Description: Garage door repairs
Comments: Absolutely non-biased review here. It's Wednesday at 515pm, I backed my truck into the garage and the garage door slammed down on my truck bed. it's a heavy door too. the roller track is all bent. I'm not even sure if the garage opener still works or do I need to replace. I called Kenny's. He said he's booked until Tuesday, but can absolutely take care of it. I sent him some pics and was ready for a 6 day wait. he said since I won't be able to close the garage, he'll move some stuff and will come tomorrow. Then he texted back and said he can actually come at 630pm, on a freaking short notice.ok, I expected some worker, but the man came himself. He straightened out the track and said my opener is fine. He then fixed a couple of issues with my other openers.
We have a couple of businesses ourselves so we value great customer services. This wasn't just great, it was amazing and honest. You got a customer for life and I will refer everyone your way. Thank you.

Comments: I called Kenny's Discount Doors when my garage door would not open. I needed to get my car out ASAP. They responded very quickly & was able to fit me in the same day. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, & was able to have my back to working (better than before). All this took less than an hour. The door is operating smoothly & quieter than it has before. Comments: Kenny fixed our garage doors after the wiring was damaged causing the doors to not respond properly to the sensors. We could get the doors to close, but it would take us multiple attempts before they would finally close. This was incredibly frustrating, but Kenny knew exactly what the problem was and was able to fix it in no time. We were so grateful to have this inconvenience in our lives taken care of.
