Work Description: Disaster Relief(Tornado)

Comments: On 4-12-2020 we had a tornado come through Chattanooga, We contacted Cory Harvey the following day for a quote on some work.
Our deck was hit by a tree, a tree went into the kitchen, and our property was a mess.
Cory started cutting the trees off the house and property, then tarped our house off with 2 Tarps (By Himself) and boarded up what needed boarded up.
We DID NOT have money up front, Cory did not care he just wanted to help us after we called.
Insurance was only going to pay a certain amount ($7,653.72) We signed a No Obligation Contract to give him full access to our insurance company.
After a few days Cory called State Farm and went over a damage report observed by him, Indira ended up giving us ($13,424.53)
If it wasn’t for people like Cory, Our lives would still be upside down, regardless what others may say, We couldn’t have lived in our house if it wasn’t for him.

Comments: Amazing People, Wasted no time after the Tornado hit 4-12-20, Cory came by to make sure everyone was doing ok, we had a tree leaning on the house and the side of house was giving away, windows busted, fence busted etc.
Cory was able to remove the tree, Tarp my roof, clear debris And stabilize exterior wall so we could move around the property.
Cory got me a roof on within 2 weeks of the storm, boarded up our busted windows, and dealt directly with insurance for us, We bought materials and he did the work for a minimum fee until Insurance came through.

Comments: PLEASE READ!!!
Worst contractor and company owner l have ever met in my life. They tried to quit and run off with half of payment before even starting the job, contracted the job out to another company, and when the job was completed which didn't include the tree trimming he included in the estimate he returned to the property to steal the remaining materials l had paid for.
I was visited by the foreman of the company they hired telling me that KCH had refused to pay him or his crew and had blocked him from contacting him.
These people are thieves and liars and even had the nerve to call me names. I don't want anyone to have to go through what l experienced.

Comments: Corey and his team did an amazing job went above and beyond. They fixed our shed out back as well as trim some branches off our trees away from the house and cut a little trim down we needed gone. I Definitely Recommend Them. I will be using them again for future work too. Thank you so much

Work Description: Remodel roofing addition

Comments: NOT A LICENSED CONTRACTOR!!! Went to TN.gov to place complaint to find out the license number provided is NOT legitimate. There was a pending application but now it the application has expired.

DESTROYED my house and just left it. Spent $25k only to have my home ripped apart. inspected by city inspector and non of the work passed.
Have to have addition torn down, retaining wall redone, roof rebuilt and much more.

Work Description: Tile small bathroom floor closet and tub skirt approximately 50 square feet.

Comments: Not happy with quality. Did not use the tile I selected or size. Left 1/2 inch gap with no tile that the commode will not cover. Promised to fix but would not return text on when. We will fix ourselves. Would not recommend for tile work.
Made cut as told to do, measured flange, offered to set flange and toilet, they said they would do it! If I would have been able to at the time then it could have been done right! Correct or remove my review
