Work Description: Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps - Install

Comments: Seemed ok when we hired them. Paid a sizeable down payment to get the work started only to have it handed off to the sub-contractor, who never finished the job. We wanted the patio done by July 4th weekend. The job takes no more than a week to complete and I'm still looking at a hole in the ground after 2 months. I'm $2000 poorer and now back to square one. Don't do business with Ed, or Chris or whatever his name is. You will lose money.

Work Description: Removal and replacement of rotted main beam in crawlspace.

Comments: I just bought a house and it was in need of work. A rotted main beam in the crawlspace needed to be torn out and replaced with new pressure treated wood. The crew was professional, they worked well together, and completely in control of the whole project from beginning to end. There was no fuss, and no wasted time. Their prices were reasonable, I have no complaints. I added tasks, they had no complaints. They were willing to go above and beyond, and I would definitely call them again.

Apart from the beam work they did some mold remediation which I desperately needed. Great guys.

Work Description: Brick patio

Comments: Chris (contractor) and his employee do not know what they are doing . Chris is a smooth talker and is very assuring that he knows what he is doing. I am an older woman and was trusting. My family members are appalled at what he did to my patio. Water is channeled to my stoop and the patio looks like a kid did it. Do not use him or trust him. He is a crook
