Work Description: Installation of complete new system with two units
Comments: After many promises and assurances that they could do our complicated installation for the restoration of a 112 yr old house, full payment of their invoice of $17K, many, many delays, no shows, excuses, etc., we have a brand new system that will not turn on. It has been more than 6 weeks and they are complete no shows. We hired them because they are Christians and likeable, however, they relied upon outside subcontractors to do 99% of the work. They appear to have little to no actual knowledge of the systems they install. Now they have ceased all communications and have not followed through on getting our system operational. My advice is don't hire them. If you do, do not pay them until the system is installed completely and has proven to be operational for longer than 20-30 mins. Monumentally disappointed.Missouri City TX
