Work Description: New HVAC System
Comments: We had problems with the HVAC system and had to call Just Chill Air Conditioning to fix the problem. After many attempts they replaced the heat pump with a new unit. Unfortunately, it wasn't a heat pump. They replaced it with a unit that is strictly air conditioning; no heat. On top of that the breaker wasn't even set up correctly. Just Chill has changed their phone number multiple times since our May install so we have not been able to contact the owner (Michael Nello). The constant phone changes should be a red flag. Please note they are also not visible on the Better Business Bureau.Port St. Lucie FL

Comments: When looking for A/C services look no further.We came home to a very warm house and needed someone to see what was going on. Mike was exceptionally quick to respond. Due to my schedule, he couldn't get out that morning but was out early the next day. Problem was identified and he got us running. Unfortunately, he couldn't guarantee that it would last. Because of this he didn't charge us anything, not even a service fee, said he couldn't charge us for something that couldn't guarantee. I asked him for quote to install a new unit. He got back to us right away with a more than reasonable price and he had a unit in stock. We requested he go ahead and install the new unit. He was on his way out within 1 day but just as he was about to come out, he found what he considered a damaged unit. Wasn't anything functional and said we probably would even see it due to how it would be installed but said it wouldn't sit right with him to install something he considered damaged. He asked if it would be okay to come the following day with another unit. No problem with us. He came out the next day and within a few hours we had a new unit up and running. He was finishing up and saw the ancient thermostat we had and installed a new one without any additional charge.
This man knows his profession exceptionally well but his concern for his customers is his first priority.
