Estimate was $300 less than a regular Enquirer advertiser for the same work (Jacobs did not know about about the competitors bid) Believe team members were all related, not fluent English speakers, but understood English. Work was performed day after estimate. Had cell phone photos of work I had requested but OK with my monitoring their work and/or me making minor changes. Had great equipment, truck & shredder(!) parked in front of my house (city living, no driveway or dedicated parking space).Paid by personal check (no cash only requirement)

Work Description: Trimmed a large river birch, a large section, hanging over the roof of the house. Also, a magnolia "bush" was hanging over the porch roof.
Comments: Got a quote in the morning and the team got here late afternoon. Did the job on both trees and cleaned up all the fallen branches and leaves.
