Comments: Juan Rodriguez tracked me on the internet when I was looking for piping info, he then called me a 10:25pm and made and appointment for Thursday I said no as I was working. He turned up in the morning and proceeded to look and then wanted a fee for work I did not request, had already been done and I could not get him from my home insisting for a fee, no one else had requested. I would not pay and then requested fee for report I did not request, want or need. He said he would talk it over with his boss or supervisor and get back with me next day regarding refund which he never did. I want my money refunded and have spoken with the police. They are of this beginning regarding tracking parties on the internet and are checking in Bellflower regarding fraud.
