Comments: There is a lesson behind every painful $600 experience. I cannot attest that they did anything after this experience other than charging me this ridiculous amount for faulty work! Yes, $600 they RIPPED me off on a job that was without a receipt after giving them $300. I had to ask for a written invoice! That should have been a red flag. This whole ordeal is a HUGE REGRET. Mistake #2 , I should have them write an itemized list of what I expected them to repair. The issue we had that the hot water was not hot enough. Zuala said he could repair that. When he returned he brought another fellow Sanga. . My only guess is he took advantage of a young lady, put a faulty flimsy cartridge in and did not tighten the handle so that it would break down after 11 days after the warranty expired.My good naive-nature was to my demise! I wanted to give small business owners a chance. What a HUGE mistake!! I called to explain and to work it out. Immediately, Kap blamed the cartridge was plastic and cheap, that my entire faucet needs to be changed that would cost $1100 more. Really?! Ahh he told on himself that if the cartridge is cheap yet $600 was the price he charged. Wow! COMPLETE RIP OFF. I believe they size up who they can rip off. I just happen to be one of them.
There was NO leak before they put in a cheap flimsy cartridge that was probably old or recycled. They didn't show me the old one from taking it out a package. The issue was NOT a leak, it was the hot water was not hot enough. It turns out they NEVER fixed the hot water to be hotter than it was, just to make some excuse that MOEN's faucets have a posit-temp that is set by the builder at a certain temperature. Who knows if there is any truth in that. I had to give them 1 star to post this review, which they don't even deserve one star. Hopefully you will learn the lesson I did from this small business!

Comments: Joseph arrived on time, was very cordial and got the job done in a timely fashion. He was the only plumber out of three who responded within three hours of being contacted. I consider Joseph my personal plumber to call when the need arises.-
