Work Description: Some of my shower tiles fell off on Sunday night at 10:10pm, so I did an internet search looking for shower repair when I saw the Networx form and filled it out. At 10:15pm, my phone rang; the person on the other end was John Vega of John’s Tile and Granite who said he could meet me Monday afternoon and provide me with an estimate. On Monday afternoon, John and his team arrived promptly at the agreed upon time and gave me a fair price for replacing the entire shower, so I accepted his offer.
On Thursday of the same week, John’s plumber arrived promptly at the agreed upon time and replaced my water valves.
The next morning, John and his team arrived promptly at the agreed upon time and removed the old tile and put up the new tile. It dried overnight and they are currently here adding the grout.
I am not one for writing reviews, but I think anyone needing tile work done will be happy with John and his team. We liked his work so much that he will be updating our kitchen within a few months

Comments: we needed a small job done in our Master Bathroom and we could not find anyone that was interested in a small job.they even gave me a price that was fair before seeing what they had to do.
I went online and posted what I needed done. In less than 10 min. I had a phone call from these people and they showed they were interested and would come out on Sunday to do the work for us. WOW on Sunday.
Well they did show up as they said they would and got started real fast and was finished in less than two hours.
They did a great job and I will use them again for sure.
We are please with them.
Very nice and showed concern about what they were doing and made sure we were pleased.

Work Description: Unfortunately, I had hired an incompetent tile installer who (fortunately) left the job incomplete. In desperation, I went online and found Networx. John called me while I was still reading his previous great reviews!
Comments: John and his dad came the next day, Saturday, and made an appointment to come on Monday at 9:00. They were here punctually and did a great job. They removed some very badly cut tiles from the previous installer, finished the job, including the Fusion grout which is hard to work with, made the transitions from the tiled hallway into three carpeted bedrooms beautifully. Then they moved the washer and dryer back into the laundry room, reset two commodes, moved a cabinet with sink back into a bathroom, and reinstalled 7 doors. They cleaned up all the debris. We are so pleased with their work and ethics we plan to have them completely redo our master bath very soon. We'll give an update after that.Spring TX

Comments: It was a difficult job in that there was an add on that had a different elevation. You would never know there was a difference, they leveled it out and I am pleased beyond expectations. Comments: I contacted 4 tile people about removing my old out dated tile in the bath shower. Had a old rusty tub need to get out and therefore tile replacement. I new the moment I met John and his dad and saw their work they were for me.
