Work Description: 30 by 40 pole barn
Comments: I had John's Concrete do my 30 foot b 40 foot pole barn.I do not know NetWorx finds contractors as terrible as this guy.
I have never in my life seen such terrible work done for a paying customer in my life.
First he quotes this concrete floor for 4800.00 dollars and I agreed and said I wanted a good finish he said no problem.
I let him know the barn may need a little more gravel and I even buy it outside the bid (8 more ton of gravel was needed)
When he ordered the cement he did not even take in account for my black top driveway which no way could handle the 50,000 lbs trucks plus 8 ton cement.
I canceled the order and went with another cement company that has smaller 5 yard trucks.
Was better and safer for my drive way.
It took 4 trucks which was no problem they came faster than John and is worker could use them.
When all was suppose to be done he complained he had pay more than $2060 for the cement he ordered 13 yards.
I told him he quoted 30 by 40, 4 inch thick for $4800 that comes to 14.818 yards.
Well I said fine I will pay the extra past $2060
Now it would of been ok but when he was almost finished I gave him a check and part cash because he needed some cash.
It was going on 10 at night so I was ok with it.
He slipped out quietly and when I came out in the morning and seen the garbage job he had left I was discussed at what I seen.
I am extremely pissed off at such a terrible job and the fact he even left the rental equipment full of cement that I spent 3 hours the next day chipping and cleaning so it would be clean for the rental company.
(WORST CEMENT JOB EVER DONE BY A CONTRACTOR)!!!!!!!!!!
