Comments: I am very disappointed that the repairman from Joe's Plumbing did not keep his appointment to come and repair my gas operated fireplace.

Now I am going to have to find someone more reliable to come and repair my fireplace.

Work Description: Ductless (mini-split) A/C Install

Comments: They installed my system in mid-April. I tried it out to see how it worked, but didn’t start using it continuously until mid-June. The unit in the kitchen leaked water. I phoned and texted the company several times and they never came by to look at the unit. I called them again the beginning of July when two of the other units started leaking. They finally came July 3rd. But that evening one of the units wasn’t cooling. I’ve texted them again, but no reply. I can never get them on the phone, their answer phone doesn’t work, and they don’t have an office. I feel deceived and ripped off. Should I take them to court?
Hi Mark,😀 I'm sorry I'm getting around to this response now, honestly I just seen it. We were going through a little bit of a transition stage when we were doing your project and it was huge for us. I later found out we were having major communication issues with our phone provider. It is not normal for us to not respond to anybody, we want to be here for you, your family, and everybody you know. Our main goal is for you to tell everybody pretty much the opposite of what you're saying in this review. I apologize for any inconvenience Mark. We are always here for you and I would be more than happy to make this up to you any way I possibly can. Thank you for your business and I hope everything is working fine, it sure came out beautiful when we were done, we all did agree. We were able to locate the units in areas other companies were not willing to even try. We hope you take care, Mark and please feel free to call us anytime.
