Work Description: The plumber cut a hose from the dishwasher that was clogged and re connected it. He also took screen off the faucet head and cleaned it.
Comments: Plumber did not give a quote before coming out to provide the service. When Plumber arrived I ask for a quote and plumber said he would have to call Joe. He never call Joe but he did the work and packed up to leave. I asked how much i owed and the responded Joe will call you. I call Joe a day later to see how much I owed and how do I pay them and Joe replied I owed $175. I felt this was too munch for what the plumber did and I told Joe that plus I told him I did not agree with how that did business as far as coming out and doing work and not giving the customer any idea how much the work is going to cost . Some unpleasant words were exchanged with Joe and an amount of $100 was agreed. Joe ask for me to text him my email address and he would email me a bill , I have not received a bill from them yet.Richardson TX
