Work Description: Replace hot water heater
Comments: My hot water heater (natural gas tank), < 1 year old, stopped working. The company that had installed it told me it was under warranty and they could possibly come replace or repair it in 5 days, no sooner. Since that seemed an unreasonable period to go without hot water and that company proved useless, I got a recommendation here. Joe called me a couple of hours later and was here within one hour to take a look. He followed up with the brand (AO Smith--I do NOT recommend them) and had a new hot water heater, under warranty, installed for me by the next morning, with a reasonable service charge. Excellent service and the only one of half a dozen plumbers I contacted who could actually deliver.Waltham MA
