Comments: if i could give zero stars i would. he contacted me and set up a time to come over, then called later to reschedule, which was no problem. on the day he was supposed to come, i had a work call at that time, so i enlisted a friend to come over and let him in, explain what was what, etc...he never showed up. when i called his phone, it was shut off and voice mail was full. never called me to explain or reschedule.Dayton OH
