Work Description: Fence
Comments: So beware! I had J&J Fencing come out and quote us for a fence. Jose was quick to come out and did a great job getting the fence up. That was four years ago. I reached out multiple time since the job was completed. Seriously, since it was completed. The staining on one side of the fence is MUCH lighter than the rest of the fence which looks terrible because the color is espresso and was clearly diluted when used. We were told multiple times that someone would be out to fix it. That never happened. Now my retaining wall is leaning. The have changed their name to GBY Fence and Construction. Still no answer and no returned messages. My contract came with a 10 year warranty! When I pay as much as anyone does to have work done, you expect for it to be done right and fixed when it’s needed.Plano TX

Comments: Jose Vasquez surveyed the job and did an estimate quickly. He explained the process, took us to the warehouse to select our quartz top, then scheduled the install for the next week. Crew arrived on time, cleared out the existing top, then re-measured and installed the new top. They answered questions, worked efficiently, and cleaned up inside and in the front yard. Jose came by and reviewed the work, checked with us, and all is great. Will call them for our next project.Richardson TX

Comments: They did an excellent job, weather permitting. It was Spring and rainy, so job couldn't start as planned. They were good to respond in a timely way when any further tweaking was requested after job was finished. I recommended J&J to the owner of the rent house next door.Plano TX
