Comments: Kevin and his team did an excellent job. Explained everything to me that needed to get done and then walked me through their process. While they were here, he brought to my attention and showed me the damage inside of the tree that would have ultimately made it fall. Rather than making me feel like I was conducting business with a business, they made me feel like I was conducting business with friends and they had my best interest in mind. The cost was more than fair.

Comments: Worst service ever. The crew didn't show up on the appointed date. Repeatedly texted and called the Rep named John He kept rescheduling for "tomorrow" but never showed up. When you call the # the phone is answered by Birchwood Tree for some reason, they listen to the problem, tell you they'll get back to you but never do I had to find someone else to do the work.
