Work Description: Antenna Installation
Comments: I made an appointment with JC Renovations for between 3:00pm and 4:00pm the day after I entered the request for an antenna installer. James never showed up and he never called with an explanation or to reschedule. He seemed very eager and friendly on the phone when I made the appointment, so I hope nothing unfortunate happened, but the bottom line is that he never showed up or called.
