Work Description: DownSpouts Installation

Comments: Contractor failed to arrive on the scheduled date to provide proposal. I even spoke with the contractor the morning slated for visit and advised he wold come early and still failed to appear. Contractor called me stating he wanted to take care of a yard project in Fayetteville just moments before visiting me and failed to minimally notify he would be late. I told him I had an 11:30 appt out of town and needed to leave no later than 11 and he still failed. I updated contractor the time passed voice set and I could not wait any longer. The contractor responded via text @ 12:44pm apologizing. This type of contractural relationship is unacceptable.

i apologized for the miscommunication Mr. Barksdale. I had an emergency, which caused me leave the small job that i informed you of. I was unable to contact you, due to the circumstances. It Was approximately 2 hours pass when i did finally contact you with an apology. I never recieved an message back. I appreciate the feedback & ratings, if you're still interested in me installing your down sprouts, I'll be more then happy to help you..
