Work Description: Painting and cleaning
Comments: Beware. Jose (owner) does a horrible job with painting and cleaning. He left my place a mess and had the nerve to demand final payment. He requires 50% up front. I would not hire him because you will need that 50% to pay someone else to clean up his mess. BTW..he also lies and is aggressive. After I told him that I was not happy with his work when he finished, he advised me that is wife fell while at my house the day before. I got no phone call when it happened no mention of anything. Not until after I told him I wasnt happy and would not pay the rest of the monies owing. I will gladly send him to my insurance company so they can investigate his fraud. Also, he is not a licensed contractor. This was a neighborly recommendation and I found out that he screwed myself and another neighbor. We are both left in the same situation.-
