Work Description: Hot water tank
Comments: 5 stars all day long. This company came out to replace my hot water tank due to a previous estimate from another company. Mr. Newman was professional and courteous over the phone. This issue is at my rental property. I don't live close by so he volunteered to take before and after pictures. When he diagnosed the tank, he said it didn't need replacing, just a tuneup etc. Wow! I didn't see that coming. Their are still honest reputable contractors out there.He even went by the next day to make sure my tenants were happy.
My tenants appreciated him being punctual, dependable, professional, courteous not to mention he cleaned up prior to leaving.
This took place 2 years ago, and the tank is still working great.
Thank you Mr. Newman for taking care of it all to include making arrangements with my tenants. I haven't had any more plumbing issues, but i still have your # on speed dial.
