Comments: As several others have shared, this company is essentially a scam. Were they a little cheaper, sure, installed incorrectly, cut corners, and even illegally didn’t follow code during the installation. Will not pick up or return phone calls to rectify the situation. Work Description: AC Tune-ups (two units)

Comments: Mr. Jason came to my home and completed the AC tune-ups for both my units. He was very professional and provided the status of both units. He did his job but he also provided me additional information to keep my units in good operation. He cared about my concerns and took the time to answer my questions and provide alternatives if needed. I finally think I have an honest technician that isn’t trying to sell me anything and cares about his customers and doing good work. Thank you for taking care of our home.

Comments: I highly recommend this company - you will not be disappointed! I can honestly say I have never worked with a more professional, knowledgeable, conscientious contractor than J Beale Mechanical. During an extremely stressful time (experiencing complete system failure of my HVAC unit in the middle of the summer, scared about costly replacements and endless delays) J Beale ensured I had timely and realistic information and updates about my system repair. The resolution and follow up was top notch, and J Beale even took time to discuss preventative maintenance servicing and tips when everything was completed. The technicians were always patient and customer focused (which is saying a lot because I called and texted a lot!) and made me feel comfortable about the entire process. I will never use any other company…period.

Comments: AHS sent this contractor out to my house to diagnose a minisplit unit that was not working properly. JBeale was non-responsive, took over a week just to get a hold of him. When he eventually came out, he said there was no issue, even though there was. He noted to AHS that the unit was working properly, which was false. AHS and JBeale are a scam companies in my opinion.

Comments: For a company who is contracted for American Homeshield and supposed to be professional they do not have a voicemail set up on phone. I had to call American homeshield back just to get a better number. I contact the number just to get honest feedback on if they would be able to come look at our unit and they never responded back until the next day in which I had to initiate contact again. When he decided to respond two days later on a set time and day, he gave us a window in which they would arrive and did not come during that time frame. When I finally spoke to someone about their eta they cancelled service on us 30mins after the time frame and stated "we are doing you a favor by coming out." He went on to say they were only 6 mins away and were not going to come look at our AC unit and hung up the phone on me. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!

Comments: This guy went above and beyond with my unit. Was very thorough in explaining each step of what he was doing, and then also how the unit should be behaving.

You know, I read these negative reviews before he came, and I almost canceled on him because these reviews scared me. Y’all really need to get a grip. Realize that there’s outside factors that are not in ANYONE’S control. Trust me, I’m extremely picky. I’m not afraid to tell someone to kick rocks, if I don’t think a job I paid for is not being done right. But this man who runs the JBEALE company is EVERYTHING YOU WANT in a professional that is working on an expensive part of your house.

Not only was he thorough, but he was careful, not sloppy in the slightest, and his experience was really on full display. Cleaned up after himself completely. Made sure to have all the precautionary measures made before executing his next step.

Word of advice to those leaving a negative review - get a grip. For real. And really think about how a negative review can affect someone’s career. Fortunately, it hasn’t for this man because he does quality work so regardless of reviews, the work speaks for itself. But drink some tea or something, maybe lessen the sodium in your diet, because there’s something else going on for y’all to leave a review without thinking of the ramifications, especially to an honest, hard-working man like this one.

Won’t go to anyone else - he’s the guy from now on for me.

Comments: Jason did way better work than expected. He replaced my AC unit and did phenomenal work. He even replaced my thermostat for me and went over it's proper use. I contacted my home warranty company and he communicated with me on a regular basis. Highly recommend him and will use him again in the future when I need it.

No one will return my call, the home warranty company contacted them and they scheduled an appointment and did not show up. I would not waste my time with this company at all. Homeowners beware

Comments: This is a one man company. He will say otherwise but it's obvious. Jason will never pick up your phone calls and then lie (badly) about what happened. He has been talking about ordering a part for my AC unit for 2 weeks, when it should have taken 3-5 days. This man is a liar and lazy. Use a different company, someone you can depend on this guy is a joke

When we finally got ahold of him, was told he couldn't help us for 4 days. Mind you in the middle of a heat wave with a 9 month old in the home. Don't use this company.
