Work Description: Replaced grout/caulk between cabinets and backsplash in kitchen and baths; took out silicone in tile shower and replaced
Comments: Did not come first day agreed on--said had "inconvenience at home" ; came at 10:00 next day but had to leave to get materials; very sloppy job first time on replacing grout/caulk--had to redo it-- better 2nd time ; wrong color of caulk used in bathrooms--had to redo it--told me this was an all-day job requiring a special tool to very carefully remove the existing grout/caulk--used a chisel-like tool saying the other was not needed; then rushed through "finishing" in hour and half before we insisted the work was unsatisfactory and we wouldn't accept it; then work was redone and was acceptable--told me he had to clear $50 per hour to run his co.; I assured him he made his money for 3 hrs. of work for $280; materials consisted of a few tubes of caulk/grout--argumentative and condescending--unprofessional--being 67 yrs. of age, I do know when a job is quality or not! Comments: Very friendly service and knowledgeable about his work. He was prompt with the promised finish time and was diligent in getting the job done well and neatly. Very little clean up for me. I will gladly use them again.
