We operate under the strictest, high quality standards and are regulated by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. We also have strong unfailing safety standards which benefit us as a company and you as a customer. Our company can handle everything from a simple light switch installation to main power distribution systems for your manufacturing or healthcare facility.

S/L is also considered an eco friendly electrical contractor. We pride ourselves in being friendly to our environment. We recycle in every way possible, from flourescent light bulbs to scrap metal, we make sure these items do not end up in a landfill. Every project will always have leftover scrap and material, everything from wire to plastic and glass. In most cases these items will end up in a trash can, landfill or riding around in the back of someones vehicle until it ends up on the highway. Here at S/L we make sure we leave nothing behind and we dispose of all leftover material by recycling. We do our part by limiting the amount of trash we dispose of into our environment.

Work Description: Installed a phone jack and it didn't work

We regret that you are not happy with the price. We do everything we can to make sure all of our customers are happy and satisfied. It is very important to us as a company to leave all customers with a smile and a feeling of complete satisfaction. When we spoke to you over the phone we discussed our free estimates and a minimum charge for service calls of one hour. You agreed to this and excepted our proposal. We also discussed with you that we would install the phone jack and your telephone service provider would be responsible for initial hookup and service. Furthermore if we did not require a minimum charge for service calls, it would not be very beneficial for us as an electrical service company. We cover the entire central/ north Texas area and would go broke trying to run all over Dallas and Fort Worth for a fifteen minute service call. This is why we have a minimum charge for our service. As I mentioned earlier we try and leave everyone with complete satisfaction and a thorough understanding of the installation. Work Description: He replaced the motor for the spa tub in the master bath, ran new wiring from the switch to the plug used by the motor.

Comments: The work was done in a quality manor, he kept changing the appointment times, mostly because I wasn't in a hurry and emergency cases came up. I would use his company again.

Comments: Initally quoted $425 (grand total) with city permit ($50) but permit was not needed and he deducted it....my initial cost was still $400 instead of $375.

Grand total was $460 ($60 for extra cord need).

Work Description: I had a total rewire of the entire house. Also had additional fans installed and 220 put in 2 new places. I also had all new light fixtures and ceiling fans installed. Jonathan installed all of them.

Comments: Jonathan did an outstanding job at my house. He was professional and punctual. He finished the job when he told me he would. He cleaned up at the end of each day. He is a very nice young man. I felt comfortable with him in my house. I left a key outside for him when I could not be there when he was working. I never worried about him being there when I could not be there. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing any electrical work. Thank you for referring him to me.

Work Description: Installed new 220 outlet in garage for kiln, along with seperate shut-off box.

Comments: Very pleased. Jonathan called within 5 minutes of my posted request. He scheduled a time and was there promptly. This job required extra parts and was slightly delayed, but he communicated well and finished installation as soon as the parts were received. Price was competitive - standard hourly rate. Highly recommend.
