Comments: Mike Grieff was the representative from your company who repaired our leaking laundry drain problem. He was extremely friendly, and very polite--a nice young gentlemen. He was delayed due to problems with another customer, but called me to let me know of the problem--later arriving than expected, but was so apologetic and sorry for any inconvenience he had caused me. We had no problem with the time, and he was very capable and knew exactly what to do. We had to call your company again, due to the fact that the problem was not corrected--but Mike found out immediately what needed to be done, and now everything is working just fine.
