Comments: I appreciated the fast response from the team. However, the work required us to uncomfortably bring it to their attention that it was poorly done and appeared rushed. Considering what we paid, it certainly wasn’t worth a few hours’ work.After we reached out, I will give the team credit for correcting the issue- they came back out and corrected the problems. The reason I gave the “poor” rating was the initial work was so bad that I couldn’t rate it higher. I thank them for correcting things, but I worry about those who don’t speak up about a job poorly done and being overcharged for a poor job.
