Work Description: Boiler Repair/Service
Comments: I received an email response specific to myboiler issue from Delroy immediately after I
submitted my inquiry on networx. I was busy
during the day and didn't have a chance to call him back until after hours. I had expected to hear an answering service and was pleasantly surprised to hear Delroy on the other end. Delroy was polite and professional as we discussed my reoccurring boiler issues resulting in hours of no heat. I actually
apologized because it was 9:30pm and he
took his time to reassure me he would take
care of it. Delroy came the next day within the
time he said he would arrive and fixed the boiler . I couldn’t attend the appointment so he took pictures to show me what he had done and explained it to me in a follow up call a couple hours later. He also told me if the problem did happen again what steps he would be taking to resolve the issue. Delroy followed up with me again two days later with a text to make sure the boiler was working fine. This follow up was on Christmas Day! I found Delroy to be sincere, professional and have wonderful communication skills providing details of arrival, what he was going to do, what he did and follow up. I have never used Innovative Comfort Solutions before and had selected them because of the reviews on this site and others. I am glad I did and would highly recommend Delroy and his team.

Work Description: Central A/C - Install/Replace
Comments: I needed to get a second opinion on my A/C Condenser as the compressor has stopped working. Del was super knowledgeable and provided a detailed explanation on things that needed to be addressed (since I have a fairly old unit). Ultimately, he fixed the issue and my house is cool again. I will def rely on him for when my unit needs servicing or perhaps be replaced.

Comments: Delroy is a true professional! If I could rate 10 stars I would. My furnace stopped working so I called him bases on others reviews. I couldn't be more pleased!!!! He is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in full detail. He explained that my bearing was going bad, but it would survive the rest of the season if not longer and didn't think it was necessary to spend $700-800 dollars in the current economic climate. Now if that is not honesty in a contractor, I don't know what is! He did have to replace another part and he charged me a very fair price. He also explained all of the mistakes that the last HVAC mechanic did in selling me a unit that was way too large for my house, but he did not try to sell me a new unit. He was efficient and cleaned everything after he left and was very friendly. I would highly recommend his services and will also call Innovative for all of my future HVAC needs.Metamora IL

Comments: Darl determined the problem immediately. He gave me the estimate that I thought was very fair for the amount of work being done. They replaced the original 1912 rusted pipe to my steam boiler with new pipe perfectly set, and cleaned up all debris. All works fine, all good. Comments: As other reviewers have mentioned, Delroy was awesome. He explained every little detail of what he was doing and why and, as a result, I know way more about the inner-workings of AC units than I previously did. He did not have the exact replacement part he needed on his truck (because my AC unit is old) so he hacked together a temporary (but safe) solution so I could have a working AC in this heat until he can come back in a day or two and install the correct part. Very personable guy, good at what he does and charged a very fair price. I 100% would not hesitate to use him again.Metamora IL

Comments: Our AC had abruptly stopped working on 7/4 and we had another company come to replace the compressor and the coil. Unfortunately, our AC was still not running properly and was in the mid 80s. The company that installed the equipment came back 7 times with no solution. Desperate, we reached out to Innovative Comfort Solution. Delroy came right away and within five minutes of being here, had accurately assessed the problem. He thoroughly explained the problem to us and began working immediately. Within a few hours, our AC was working efficiently. Delroy was extremely knowledgeable, reasonable, and takes pride in his work. He was in contact with us after he left to ensure it was working properly and followed up the next day to make sure our place was cool. Our only regret about this experience was not going with Innovative Comfort Solution in the first place! Highly recommend Delroy.-
