Comments: John was great he called about 30 minutes before he arrived. Completed the task on time even though he ran into a snag. Cleaned up like he was never there. Gave some great advice.
In Phase is our family electrician now, all because of John.

Comments: Adv says free estimate - first thing tech said was it will be $122 for us to determione the problem then charged $75 to replace the GFI - seemed excessive - certainly nothing free - the tech was very courteous

Work Description: Remodeling work included dry wall challenges, new outlets, new recessed lights, and relocation of switches.

Comments: Guy who did the estimate didn't accompany the one who actually did the work. He came out sometime later to explain basis of estimate and how to avoid cutting more drywall to route the wiring. The worker was somewhat overwhelmed by the complexity and complained to me about it. I get impression he is a subcontractor to InPhaze, not an employee. Original commitment was to start work at 8am because it was going to take a full day, but they changed appt to 11am, arrived 11:15, and spent 45 min surveying work before getting started. When they changed appt, they said he would "work until finished," but he knocked off at 6pm, which caused delay to drywall getting finished. He started day 2 also at 11am.
I apologize that you were disappointed with our methodology. We have worked diligently to ensure that we maintain our company principles. Thank you for your feedback.
