Work Description: ADU / Granny flat
Comments: We had a very positive experience with Imkat, start to finish!Our project was to build a street facing, 684 sq.ft, “Granny Flat” / ADU adjacent to my daughter’s house on her property which is located in the new Crocker Village subdivision.
Since this was to be our new home, and because it needed to look and feel exactly like the newer houses in the neighborhood, it was important to us that our project not be just another ADU.
Imkat surpassed our expectations!
They were honest, upfront, knowledgable, responsive and reactive. We found they were effective at making changes on the fly and were not hunting to tack on costly change orders.
Considering our project had a few significant customizations to the design along the way, we were very happy, and honestly surprised, that the project was completed as promised, on schedule in just 16 weeks.

Work Description: Renovation
Comments: ImKat Construction did a renovation for me on a newly purchased home. The put in a whole new kitchen, took out a wall to make a large bedroom from 2 bedrooms, took out patio door and put in French doors, and changed all my toilets, and took out tub and changed to a shower in main bathroom. They did an amazing job, and in the length of time they promised. I absolutely love their work and everyone was so friendly and kind. I will have them again for future renovations I am thinking of.Roseville CA
