Work Description: Sewer Line Replacement
Comments: This morning when I woke up for work, my floors were full of drain sewer water all over the house and it smelled horrible. We have been having problems with our main sewer line. Every 3 months it would block up and we've had different plumbers out and they clear the drains but three months later we had the same problem with our drains being full over and over again. This time it it was really bad. I've never seen sewer water before back up to the house. I went on Google and searched for a plumber to fix our problem and fast! I G S Plumbing contacted us right away. I went on to work. My husband Robert stayed home and met with the plumber of IGS Plumbing. The plumber started to clear the blockage on the sewer lines and about an hour later they ran a video inspection camera inside the main line and discovered that the pipe on our main sewer line was collapsed. At that time Lee Romero with IGS came by and gave my husband an estimate to replace the sewer line and my husband called me to discuss it. My husband and I thought the price was fair. So we hired them. About 12:30 in the afternoon a crew of 4 arrived and a backhoe and they started to dig the new sewer line. They finished about 6 p.m. with a brand new sewer line. They really worked very hard. When I got home at 5:45 after work, they were covering the trench. My husband took the day off because we really needed to get this fixed. My husband said that they worked very hard and consistent and getting this done for us. They were worth every penny. I am amazed that they finished a sewer line of 118 ft. I didn't think they were going to be done until tomorrow. But they are fast, accurate and hard workers. The amazing thing is that the new sewer system now flows very good. They ran the camera back in the new sewer line and you can see water just flowing good. These guys are experts in sewer and drain. They are in my opinion the best in Albuquerque. Work Description: Kitchen & Bath Remodel
Comments: Words cannot describe quality workmanship that I G S Plumbing did in our home. Our kitchen and bath looks like a million dollars. From what it was before and how it looks now, it is absolutely beautiful. I hired I just Plumbing for a small leak before I hired them to do my remodel. I never give a major project usually associated with a high ticket price to someone or company unless I really know them or we have had a previous experience with them before. But I hired ideas Plumbing 6 months ago Call Me Maybe parody of small leak in my kitchen. We never had a problem after they fixed it. We called a couple of plumbers before because I G S Plumbing and they gave it to fix the leak they never pinpoint the leak. Then we went on Google online and search for plumbers near us and we found ideas plumbing and we called them directly Lee came out and found the leak and fixed it. Six months later we decided to remodel our kitchen in our bathroom. I contacted IGS Plumbing and ask them for a price. She gave me the bid and it was not the cheapest price. However, we received other bids from other kitchen and bath remodel companies in Albuquerque. They were cheaper not by much but they were cheaper. My husband and I decided to go with IGS Plumbing because of the experience we had when they came out and fixed our leak. And because we went with him we were so happy with the quality of workmanship and the absolute honesty and The Pride they have Abby equality company. They are very thorough and when we started the project I actually had a blueprint and a design that they design for me too give me a visual of what the outcome and the finish work was going to be like when they completed the project. It was expensive. But you get what you pay for. I know there are a lot of kitchen and bath remodel companies out there. However, these guys are the Mercedes-Benz when it comes to their field and Industry. They cleaned up after themselves everyday when they were working on our project. So my house was never messy or dirty during the construction time. They treated our home with respect period at times when we were at the hotel, they would go in and work on the project without us being there nothing was missing. Course I checked their insurance and bond to make sure they rude license insured and bonded in they are. For us this is the company for Remodel and kitchen and bath and any plumbing needs we will always use IGS Plumbing I highly recommend IGS Plumbing. They are trustworthy honest. Their prices are fair and competitive. Their workmanship excellent quality like I have never seen before. All I can say is that when the project was completed it was more than I expected.-
