Comments: Ioan did a great job. I had him upgrade my 125amp panel to 200amp and he did a great job - dressing wires beautifully in the panel and continued to add them as I had more lines added to the panel. Had to come back several times due to Dominion Power requirements and additional work we hadn't anticipated - not his issue. Very high quality from a Master Electrician. I would recommend to any of my friends and would and will hire him again for my next job. Thanks Ioan for all the hard work and an awesome job
