Comments: Miguel and Andy got to my house on time to install a rainfall shower head from the ceiling. It involved breaking thru the wall and installing a new valve and other time consuming issues. They minimized the wall breaking and found other work saving solutions. For the amount of work done their price was more than reasonable. They did a great job and I strongly recommend this team. I plan to call them again for my plumbing issues. Thanks guys.

Comments: MY FRIEND HAD FALLEN AND DISLODGED A SHOWER DOOR AND SOMEONE FROM HYDRO CALLED AND SAID A TECH COULD COME OUT THE NEXT DAY.
FRANK CAME ON TIME AND ASKED IF WE HAD BEEN GIVEN AN ESTIMATE, TO WHICH WE SAID WE HAD NOT. HE LOOKED AT SHOWER DOORS AND WITHIN 30 SECONDS HAD THEM BACK ON TRACK. WHEN WE ASKED HIM WHAT THAT WOULD COST--SINCE HE WAS SUPPOSED TO GIVE US A PRICE BEFORE FIXING THEM--AND HE SAID $79, SEVENTY-NINE DOLLARS--WE WERE UNPLEASANTLY SURPRISED BUT KNEW WE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO PAY HIM. HE THEN SAID HE'D SPRAY THE TRACK WITH W-D40 AND WE TOLD HIM TO DO SO. WE FOOLISHLY ASSUMED THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE FOR THAT, ESPECIALLY SINCE WE HAVE THAT AT HOME. IMAGINE OUR SURPRISE WHEN HE TACKED ON AN ADDITIONAL $10 .
SO FOR LESS THAT TWO MINUTES OF WORK YOUR COMPANY CHARGED $89.00 TO TWO SENIORS WHO THEN EVEN GAVE FRANK A TIP SINCE THE COST WAS NOT HIS FAULT.
WE WOULD CERTAINLY TRY TO TELL ANYONE THINKING OF USING YOUR COMPANY TO GET A PRICE FIRST BECAUSE YOUR CHARGES ARE BEYOND WAY OUT OF LINE.

Comments: i was surprised that to remove copper hot/cold water supply lines to steel braided lines and install water shutoff valves would cost nearly $500. the driver showed up for appointment 9:30 am @ approx. 10:30 as he got lost and text me twice that they had the wrong street address. i have to say that the plumber was courteous but have trouble at times understanding him (language).
