Work Description: AC stopped working
Comments: My AC went out thursday, 29 June, and I was using my home warranty. They contacted HVACRX LLC and was scheduled to come out and look at my system 3 July. A long time during this heat but I was forced to use them. I called on the 3rd to find out a specific time but was told they could not give me a time. They said I was next and woul call when on the way. At 3 PM I tried calling and no answer. Call my home warranty and they tried to call and no answer.Very unprofessional and they should never have accepted the warranty work when they did not plan to honor it. I will never use them or suggest anyone to use them. No return calls as they said they would and didn't even show up. Zero customer service.

Comments: I do not remember the gentlemen 's names but they were very professional and knowledgeable, took time to listen to what I wanted done and then explain everything to me as went through the repairs., I would hire them again based on this experience.
