Comments: Tom Cucchiara was extremely professional and customer focused. He returned my call promptly and had to schedule another call with me that afternoon due to a prior commitment. He called promptly that afternoon and visited the site for an estimate. He was right in the ball park for what I anticipated the cost to be. He came the next day on time and completed the task. Being a master carpenter, the task was professionally done! I was impressed when he said this work was right up his alley. I spoke with two other shutter firms who were way overpriced and not interested in doing such a small job. I have other major home improvement projects in mind for 2018 and Tom is at the top of my selection list based on his professionalism and quality of work.
