Work Description: Refurbished two bathrooms (one large with a jacuzzi) and a large walk-in closet. Took up carpet and two commodes, laid new tile floor, replaced fixtures, and cleaned up all traces of 'construction'.
Comments: 1. Perfect job on the tile - level, straight, & even. Lots of 'fitting' around irregular perimeter required more cutting than most jobs, but was finished in one day and installation was perfect.2. Descriptions, estimates, choices or alternatives - all well explained and completed exactly as we asked.

Comments: Wow!! What a great experience. I submitted some information online to have contractors come and bid on tile work that I needed done at my house. Not only were they very knowledgeable, but they showed me how I could maximize my dollar and get more than I had ever thought. My flooring looks wonderful and I found out that they are a full service company and do painting as well. You can bet that I will be having them come back and do more work to my house. Comments: HR Group installed tile and laminate flooring in our house. The installation was performed exactly as was discussed and ahead of schedule. They did a tremendous job of installing the tile and laminate and it looks great. I would highly recommend using HR for any flooring installation.

Work Description: Replaced shower faucet and exterior faucet.
Comments: When I stumbled across this site, 6 plumbers were contacted on my behalf on a Saturday afternoon. 3 called back. Ray Cunningham of HR Group was the first, within minutes. I received one more call later that day, and the 3rd call came 3 days later when the work was already complete. Ray is a rare find in this day and age. He touched base with me first thing Monday morning and told me exactly when he would arrive. He's polite, honest, quick with the repairs (both were complete in a couple of hours), does quality work, offers helpful suggestions, and even cleans up the mess when he's finished. Additionally, he saved me some money along the way, not only with the immediate repair work, but in the long run. In short, this is a level of professionalism I haven't seen since my grandfather ran a full service gas station when I was a kid.
