As the owner of Howard Builders I have over 25 years of experience in residential construction, spanning a wide range of projects. Work Description: Plumbing, electrical, chandelier installation
Comments: Recently we had Peter help with a few home-improvement projects in the new abode. One was installing a new chandelier to replace an old light fixture, it wasn't an easy task since the electrical hadn't been updated and it needed a new pancake box (or something-or-other) installed. It turned out beautifully. Then we had him replace the plumbing in two bath sinks that were backing up. He also made sure all of the electrical outlets were up to code (GFI certified I think?). Anyways, I'm up to code, and it was done quickly, efficiently, and with great care. A real great experience.-
