Comments: I had them come out to repair my furnace. They gave me 2 quote first for a new furnace and 2 quote for a repair. I opted for the repair. they ordered the part that they said needed replacement. When they came they claimed that the furnace was worked on by someone when they couldn't get the furnace to work. I think all they really wanted to do was replace the because they sure didn't know how to fix it!Detroit MI

Work Description: Hoover came to my elderly parents house and replaced their service panel last year and did a great job . It was important to me to have a company that I trust work on their house as I live quite a distance away, wanted the job done right, and know they are not getting taken to the cleaners
Comments: We moved mom and pop to an assisted living yesterday but Friday I received a call from my sister that some of the circuits in their house were not working. I called Hoover and they coordinated to have Shane there within the hour. I received a text telling me who was going to be doing the work and a picture so they knew who to expect and when. Shane was there as promised and discovered that dad had shut off some breakers. The whole issue was resolved quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this company!Utica MI

Comments: Staffer was very prompt. Office kept me updated on when he would arrive. This made it easy for me to be home without missing too much of my day. The estimate was clearly written. The estimator explained the work proposal clearly.Would definitely call these guys again. Ease of working with their team was great!

Work Description: Had a leak in a toilet line and exterior plumbing issues with faucets and sprinkler line.
Comments: Kevin came out on time and fixed the leak. He got the exterior plumbing to work and recommended that I contact a sprinkler service to work on the vacuum valve as there would likely be other problems with the system once the breaker was replaced. Fair price. Good work. Very nice and professional. I would recommend to anyone who has a plumbing issue.-
