Thank you for using our service. But we clearly stated that everything has gone up dramatically and you agreed and had us repair the unit, replaced capacitor, clean coil included, line flushing and etc. At the time you didnt say that it was high.

Comments: This man was hired after coming to me for a restroom renovation project
Cons -Shows up hours late, full of excuses, he cancelled many appointments, comes to the job very unprepared. He is NOT licensed or insured, and has poor time management. Left trash on our front porch for WEEKS. Still there.
He Tried to nickel/ dime us, and get more than half of the cost of the job before even finishing 1/4 of the job. We fired him under breech of contract after 2 weeks when he said it would take 5-7 days. He Only showed up 2x in that 17 days and still did not complete the demolition.
Pros - flexible with the project and gave a competitive price (you get what you pay for). He said he underbid us, which is nice and all if we weren't treated like garbage. Like giving a man an umbrella full of holes on a rainy day. We have been very patient with Randal and trusted him. We had 2 contractors come in after him and said he should have put the dry wall in horizontal instead of vertical. He has left our family of 7 at a huge disadvantage. He claims to be a man of God, but I highly doubt a man of got would scam an innocent family.
We are in the attempts of trying to get a portion of our money back, and have a mediator working with us. From what he has texted us, he intends to keep most of our money for work he HAS NOT completed. Randl has not been responding or calling back. Stringing us along. We are prepared to go to court though and are confident that we will get our money back one way or another.
Sorry you feel this way. But like we clearly said before, that your rest room had way more problem then we expected..And yes we had uncharged the job willing to help you all out. We clearly said that we were short handed that week.We shall talk soon.

Comments: My A/C would stop working until the hottest week of June. Luckily out of the 5 repairmen I contacted Honesty AC was upfront about what my home needed with a reasonably affordable price. Thanks Randle for explaining what was what.

Work Description: Routine A/C check/Replaced a thermostat

Comments: A/C was working fine prior to the service call. I jus wanted the system checked because summer is here. The problem began when I mentioned to the service person that the system doesn't cool below 68. He then suggested based on his analysis that the system needed a new thermostat. He purchased a new thermostat and proceeded to install it when he discovered it wasn't the correct one. He subsequently purchased and installed the correct thermostat. The new thermostat would not cool, in fact heat was produced. the service person said that the heat pump would reverse in a few minutes. I called him back ten minutes after he left and told him it was still heating, now 80 degrees. He said the heat pump wasn't reversing so he had me remove the new thermostat and replace it with the old one as he walked me through it over the phone. Long story short it didn't work. The service tech then said he would install a better thermostat at their cost the next day and that if we wanted service from another company to charge the services to him. I did call another company to come out to try to fix this problem. SO FAR my out of pocket for the first visit was $400.00 and for the second company its $180.00. I have to mention (after having read responses to reviews) that my system is only five years old.

Comments: They did a good job but have yet to come back to fix my drain pan drain leak. (they must have stepped on it or something and now I have to replace that ceiling, retexture and paint it)
Mr Jackson sorry for the inconvenience but your ceiling whole from what you sent me is nowhere near the ac system sir. The drain pan is not the issue. I recommend calling a plumber to see what’s going on in attic.

Work Description: Replacing old ac unit with 7 1/2 ton unit

Comments: Randal claimed after installation that the new unit was working fine and wanted his money now. Within 2 days ac stopped working, water poured out on carpet below ($300 carpet repair) I called another company which said it would cost $2400.00 to get operational. They found that unit was wired backwards causing coils to freeze . I trusted this person because he said he was a pastor. Ductwork collapsed days after installation and was cooling only attic and not rooms below. Christians are not to sue other Christian’s but thousands of dollars later it’s a thought.
We are sorry for the inconvenience,but we told you all that the wire and the whole duct plenum needed to be replace or it would cause problems at some point.We did go back and got your unit back running after shutting off due to your electrical issues at your breaker box.

He charge me $500.00 to use some gas and blow the pipes.
First time he came in 40 minutes; second time after more than 6 calls in 48 hours, he came and he said he used more gas. Many excuses and I still with the same problem. 05/16/2022
Like we stated. Your unit needs upgrading.The Freon levels were great at the time of visiting but there is a leak in coil that needs replacement as stated . Sorry for the inconvenience.We will work with you on financing a new coil.

Comments: Over an hour late, many excuses for why the report was later than he told me it would be. Report was vague and had inaccuracies on it. Originally, told me septic system inspection would be $200. Then, to get my business, said he would include that for no charge. On report he put the septic was a public system. I don’t recommend his home inspection services.
Sorry For the inconvenience Ms. Jones. as we did state that we were going to be running late due to heavy rain in Houston and we did communicate that with you. Second of all the septic situation was done by rushing,because we were swamped with work and also we were already late sending you the report as discussed ,so through rushing the reporter Inspector might have clicked and sent the wrong information by accident. But we did email the correct information concerning that! Have a blessed one!

Comments: Honesty attempted to fix my AC unit, but problem was not resolved, and they charged very expensive. They promise to resolve issue, but still waiting on them.
We are truly sorry for the inconvenience sir. What you paid for already is Freon .. The Freon and the furnace issue that failed days after our visit that you’re currently having is two different things sir.... Like we explained to you sir,that your 20 year old furnace system is very old, pulling very high amps and changing parts on it won’t solve the issue but need to be replace it and we are waiting on your ok to go ahead and replace it. Please let us know what you would like to do sir.

Comments: Randle has been a disappointment. He is unreliable. He removed the old furnace and left the new furnace propped against the wall for about a week. He eventually installed the new furnace but it is not heating. Unable to get him to return to fix the furnace.

Just like we stated how your wall heater system that we ordered for you is propane and you have natural gas throughout your home,so since the kit has been put in already,we have put you on schedule for our gas unit specialist person to come and get your unit lit up. The unit is installed correctly and ready to go,we just need to get it lit up by our gas unit specialist. We are totally sorry for the inconvenience.We do complies fast as we can to all of our senior citizens..

Comments: Advised he could fix A/C problem by replacing capacitor, adding 3lbs of freon, and cleaning condensor. Charged $225 for capacitor and $195 for 3lbs of freon. Repairs worked approximately 12 hours.
We are truly sorry about that sir ,as we did explain to you that your Ac system is pretty old and should be replaced ASAP. With a unit that old ,mixing new and old don’t always work properly.We can set up appointment to make it right by replacing it ASAP. Blessings

I was kind of worried that because it is so hot right now that I would be charged a sky high price because in the past i have had that experience and so have a lot of my friends and family members.
