Because my husband and I work full time we really appreciated that we could schedule meeting with Hometech Construction & Design on Sunday afternoon.
We met with contractor Moses he was very knowledgeable, passionated about the job and with positive attitude. We bought an older house and knew it would need a lot of work and he had some fantastic ideas about what we could do with the space. Once we hired Hometech to do our bathrooms and kitchen remodel, Moses kept us constantly informed and up to date about progress and also was reachable at anytime and day when we had any questions or wanted to make some changes.
On our second meeting we met with the designer . He created for us 3D design and helped us choosing fixtures as well.
Most importantly, Moses didn't beat around the bush and try to make unrealistic promises. Some contractors will promise the world and lower their prices to get you to sign. He was honest and straightforward and we loved that.
Our both bathrooms, kitchen and floors downstairs were finished on time as promised and look even better then expected. We have few other projects that we ate planning to do in near future but luckily we wont need to go through all the search again .

Comments: I would like to start off by saying....Thank You!I have had experience in remodels for a couple of units I own and it had always been a challenge to find a contracting service that knows what they're doing without having to look over their shoulders and make sure they complete everything according to the remodel plan. Moses and his team had made my recent kitchen remodel as smooth as it can possibly get. Although, there are no such thing as a perfect remodel project, I would have to say this was nearly close. Their pricing was reasonable, the crew was courteous and compliant to my requests, workmanship was of quality caliber, and the project was completed in a timely manner.
I highly recommend Moses and his team for any general contracting services.

Comments: I recently bought my first home when I moved to LA three months ago. The first thing I wanted was to remodel the bathroom. The bathroom I had was beautiful but not what I wanted. So I researched a few companies and got some reasonable quotes. Hometech gave me the best quote hands down! And the quality of their work is just unbelievable. My bathroom is exactly what I envisioned. I love my new bathroom.All of their employees were professional and respectful. The best part was the project was actually done ahead of schedule which was a big plus for me. I have zero reason to recommend anyone else.

Comments: The appreciation for this company started with the first call. I was skeptical of course, but the friendliness and admiration in his company's work is what brought me to hire them. After consulting them about the double shower, they told me some ideas they had and we negotiated on what we thought was best. Several days later, the shower was finished! Meetings were always on time, calls friendly yet assertive, and I was so glad with their work, I hired them for my newborn's Crib+ Changing Station! 5/5 would recommend to anyone needing a solid project done!Miami FL

He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He gave us some great ideas and later on the designer provided us with 3D design and of course helped us shopping for fixtures.They completed the bathroom in about 3 weeks, as promised. The workers were very professional, nice, respectful, and helpful.
Project manger constantly checked up on the work that was being done and was always available for consults and any questions we had.
The final products came out beautiful. We are very happy that we went with Hometech Construction & Design and will be hiring them again in the future for other house updates!

We were remodeling our bathroom and hired Hometech specifically because they provide the design ( also 3D design was a big plus ! ) and build fuctions all together at the same company , under one contract .
When problems were discovered in our wall and floor structure they fixed these too. Despite these unforseen setbacks they finished the complete remodel in 3 weeks. Great job and also very clean

Comments: I contracted HomeTech Construction & Design for a complete remodel of my home (including backyard). I was very impressed with the job performed and the quality of workmanship. I found the crew to be extremely courteous and conscientious of me and my cat & dog who were at home during most of the remodel. They arrived on time and at the end of the day always cleaned up and kept me informed of what was happening next. The project was finished well within the time projected. The project manager kept in contact and was always available throughout the project to answer or alleviate any concerns. Comments: We worked with Moses to upgrade our 30 year old home. He had some great ideas and made our "Old House" into a brand "New House" that we can proudly invite guests into and enjoy. The kitchen remodel is amazing and gave us much more needed counter space. I now have a "Five Star" bathroom and the "Piece-de-Resistance" is the new mantle over the fireplace!!! Moses was helpful with all the details and pretty much available 24/7 (I did call him on a Holiday and he actually answered the phone!). He definitely took care of us and was great to work with!!-
