Home Solutionz is a locally owned and operated business. We have been serving the Maricopa County area for years but we have combined experience of over 30 years. We specialize in full interior remodels, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, installing hardwood, laminate, tile, vinyl, carpet, countertops, and much much more.

We also prefer to work with a customer who doesn't have the materials yet.

Comments: Workmanship was generally satisfactory although I needed to go over the job and patch a few areas of missing grout after completion. Sales person estimated our project to require 203 sq ft but we only used 176 sq ft. My request for refund for over estimation was refused and I was told this was normal. In my opinion, if over estimating by 15% is "normal" it should be stated in the contract.

Make sure you look at the hidden reviews as well if your going to use yelp as a reliable source. We looked at all the other review sites and they looked great. It turned out to be 110%+ of what we were hoping for!! We selected Home Solutionz to remove our old floors and put in new Wood Look Vinyl Plank Flooring. The attention to detail was amazing from their sales rep, customer service, and workmanship! The people that came out and did the work were extremely professional, hardworking, and personable. Comments: Setting up the appointment with Home Solutionz for the initial appointment was super easy and they were even able to get me in next day which was very helpful being that I was on a tight schedule. Joe our consultant was friendly and very helpful. Home Solutionz brings the flooring to your house so you can see how it looks with your furniture and paint colors which was very helpful. It was so easy to select my flooring because they had a website that mapped the flooring into my room. When at my house I had them give me estimates on my tile and carpet. They offered installation 2 days later and the installation process was so easy and fast. They moved and replaced all the old flooring and furniture in our rooms. Can’t beat their lifetime warranty. My experience all the way around was outstanding. I would highly recommend Home Solutionz for flooring to my friends and family. The job hit a few small issues due to some unforeseen circumstances, but as soon as the manager doug found out about the problems, he could not do enough to rectify the situation. The floors are amazing and I would absolutely use them for my next project. The installers were professional and cleaned up each day. We did have some dust throughout the house, but after a good cleaning the house looked great. I appreciate all the time they spent with my wife to ensure she is happy. Comments: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We used Home Solutionz to demo our hardwood and tile and install LVP. We were overcharged by at least $1,000 due to the over-measurement of our SF during their estimate. We realized this when we had over 330 SF of flooring left over in our garage and did the simple math to calculate how much SF was actually used, including waste! We contact them, got the run around and needless to say, they did not give us the refund for their mistake. The over-measurement in SF forced us to order way too much flooring, which we were stuck with. Attention to detail was poor, they had to come back and spend a whole day doing repairs. We needed one plank replaced due to them cutting it in half, then gluing it down, which voids our warranty with the flooring company. To replace it, they had to unlock and unclick the flooring from a whole room. Instead of reusing the same flooring (LVP is meant to be reused due to the click and lock nature of its install), they took it upon themselves to use 5 additional boxes of flooring, totaling over 220 SF. I told Home Solutionz they were responsible for the cost of that flooring since it was not necessary to open 5 additional boxes. That totaled over $600. Since they refuse to communicate or work with use to come to a realistic refund, I have since left a complaint with the BBB, mailed in a complaint to the ROC and am currently working with 3 on your Side. We don’t know if this is an isolated incident of them over-measuring on an estimate, but we couldn’t help but wonder how many people this has happened to and maybe the customers didn’t realize it. Worst experience we’ve ever had with a company. We will not let this go unresolved.Mesa AZ

Comments: This company's salesman was a true salesman because he could convince me that the company fixed and the situations that had given them a bad review when I researched them. However, that is not true. The salesman miss measured causing me to have to purchase a third slab of granite. He told me that the granite company had been paid and the slabs delivered to the fabricator which was not true when I called the granite company. They were 3 weeks late on delivery because the day before the first delivery date I called the fabricator myself to check on his progress and he had not even received the slabs in order to get them done. The final product due to the great fabricator is wonderful, but not because of the Home Solutions. Even the person reassigned to my job after my complaints did not hold up to his promises.
